Make this Valentine’s Day one to remember with a decadent three-course prix fixe dinner at THE Blvd.
Available for dinner only on February 13 and 14 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at $175 per person. The menu by Executive Chef Colin Bedford features an amuse-bouche, followed by the choice of a starter from the lobster tortellini to a crab salad, beet greens, Thai snapper crudo, carrot & ginger soup, or a green salad. For the entrée, choices range from beef tenderloin to a maple-glazed duck, poached hearts of palm, seared tuna, roasted scallops, or braised short rib. The experience concludes with a decadent dessert created by the hotel’s talented pastry team. Live music will set the mood both evenings from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while a complimentary photo booth invites couples to capture the moment and commemorate the evening.
