This Easter, celebrate the flavors of spring with a festive three-course prix fixe menu at THE Blvd.
Join us on April 5th, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at $165 per adult and $65 per child aged 6 to 12. Executive Chef Colin Bedford presents a seasonally inspired menu beginning with a delightful amuse bouche. Guests may then select a starter from the spring citrus & burrata, marinated asparagus with Dungeness crab, lobster salad eggs benedict, pickled beets with whipped goat cheese, pressed chicken with basil & lemon, or strawberry gazpacho & compressed watermelon. For the entrée, choices range from the warm seafood crêpe & caviar, lamb coq au vin, Hokkaido scallops, duo of beef, spring garlic tartlet, or crispy Cornish hen. The experience concludes with a decadent dessert created by the hotel’s talented pastry team. Live music will set the mood from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
