Available from January 23 to February 6, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, this $75 per person experience begins with a chef’s amuse-bouche. Then choose a starter such as Seafood Salad & Nori Parker House Rolls, Ruffled Vegetable Carpaccio, or Green Onion & Crème Fraîche Cannoli. For the main course, enjoy Braised Beef, Jidori Chicken, John Dory, or Smoked Celeriac Steak. Conclude your meal with a dessert like Tasting of Citrus, BW Opera Cake, or Cocoa Arroz Crème.
